The Balance Institute Total Health Center improves life through Personal Training and massage Therapy.
Our 750 sq.ft. Personal Training gym houses both cardio and strength training equipment. All of our 1-hour and ½ hour sessions are one on one with a trainer. Entry testing assures your safety for exercise and appropriateness of exercise programming. Most of our clients don’t like to go to gyms and are battling the middle-age bulge and its medical consequences. Our trainer is equipped with a Master’s in Exercise Science and over 20 years experience in medical and health based exercise.
Our Massage Therapists are independent contractors adding Massage to such busy professions as Exercise Science, Occupational Therapy, and Nursing. Our therapists are equipped to both relax you and to remedy specific problems. Our massage work releases constricted tissues, increases range of motion in joints, relieves pain, and restores movement. In short, life is improved. Our job is done. Every day.
